Our Story
A Fresh StartBeginning Again on Niagara

After a popular and notable three-year-run as Martin Cooks, we closed our doors to start a new chapter. A new location. A new Kitchen. A new concept. All located on Niagara Street in the heart of the newly designated Tesla Heritage Corridor. All chosen and designed by the same team that made Martin Cooks such a success.

We try to make each visit a unique experience—an event. Each plate should be a surprise.

Our menus don’t read like trendy grocery lists and we use the best ingredients we can find, whether they’re local or not. And since part of the Roost experience is excitement and a little theater, we’ve made our kitchen a bit of a stage so guests can watch all of what we do.
